BROWNS AND NEUTRALS

Provenance: In 1939 a Czechoslovakian button factory was occupied by the Nazis and converted into a munitions factory.
The beautiful buttons were discarded.
They have recently been found and some have been given new life in an important reticulated Sterling Silver setting.
The (now) button pendant is suspended from a necklace created by me,
made of gemstones and materials to enhance the individual beauty of each.
Against all odds, they have succeeded in surviving in beautiful and meaningful ways.

Sterling Silver and Pewter rope toggle.

It is suspended from an asymmetrical necklace of corrugated 14k Gold Filled concave roundels, Sterling Silver bicones, with faceted smokey topaz cut Crystal roundels and bronze tone metallic spacers misc. Sterling Silver and Gold Filled components with Brass toggle. 18 1/2” (Button: 1 1/4”DIA.)
