Provenance: In 1939 a Czechoslovakian button factory was occupied by the Nazis and converted into a munitions factory.
The beautiful buttons were discarded.
They have recently been found and some have been given new life in an important reticulated Gold Filled setting.
The (now) button pendant is suspended from a necklace created by me,
made of gemstones and materials to enhance the individual beauty of each.
Against all odds, they have succeeded in surviving in beautiful and meaningful ways.

Part of the Blue Collection: #BL0080E Reticulated 18K Gold Filled setting, the (now) button pendant reflects Iridescent shades of blue, turquoise and lavender and is suspended from a necklace of 14k Gold Filled corrugated bells and donuts with 9mm White Opaline andclusters of 7mm Turquoise, misc. 18k Gold filled 3mm18K Gold Filled pressure clasp. 18 1/2” (Button 1 1/4”dia.)
